Construction:

External case is made of thick steel. Often with strong seamless welding & covered with a thick layer of epoxy based polyester paint, which provide a strong, highly scratch & chemical resistant surface. The black inside finish of the cabinet prevents any reflection of the U.V. radiation, which protects eyes. This dual wave mechanism is provided with 1 short wave U.V. tube enveloped with precision optical filter, which emits mostly short wave U.V of mercury line 254 nm with high efficiency & a low pressure mercury discharge tube with black woods glass envelop & a special phosphor coating inside the envelop to produce pre-dominantly long U.V. Output 365 nm with high efficiency. A florescence tube is provided for visible light. An eye protective glass window is provided on the top front for viewing the samples & inside chamber.

One long wave for viewing & detecting prepared substance on T.L.C. plates and a number of other laboratory & investigation work. This cabinet is fitted with one long wave U.V. tube & one florescence tube for visible light. An eye protective glass window is also provided on the top front for viewing the samples.

This compact mechanism is provided with 3 separate U.V. source one for short U.V (Enveloped with precision optical filter(254 nm), one for middle U.V. (312 nm) one for long U.V. (365 nm), fluorescence tube is provided for visible light.
