DIGITAL SEED COUNTER
Seed Counter works on the principle of electromagnetic vibrations and opto‐electronics. The seed is fed into the counting chamber, and interrupts the optical beam to count the seeds.
SCIENTECH make seed counter is completely automatic unit for sample / batch making on seeds. Highly accurate and can count seeds upto a maximum 9999 on digital display with an accuracy of ±5%.
The heart of the unit is electrical vibrator and the variation (speed) can be adjusted by a regulator. The variation to the aluminium disc, which contains a batch of seeds, sets the seeds into motion without word circular force. The seeds on climbing through the vibrator disc pass through the mouth of the unit (can be adjusted) and fall one by one on the imported sensor which indicated the count on the digital indicator. To work on 220 volts AC supply.
The unit can count 30 types of seeds including the following :

(b) Cholam
(c) Ragi
(d) Cumbu
(e) Maize
(f) Leggram
(g) Cowpea
(h) Horsegram
(i) Greengram etc.
