BURSTING STRENGTH TESTER (MICROPROCESSOR BASED)
The working principle of Bursting Strength Tester is hydraulic pressure. The testing machine comes with rubber diaphragm and a digital readout of pressure with a peak hold facility. The hydraulic pressure is applied through a rubber diaphragm at an increasing rate until it ruptures the material.
Bursting Strength Tester Microprocessor Based Model has following features:
- Manual Clamping
- Two Diaphragm Seats.
- Selector switch to select either paper testing or board testing.
- One to accommodate thin rubber diaphragm for testing materials of low strength value like paper, etc. and the other to accommodate moulded rubber diaphragm for testing materials of high strength value like corrugated board, etc.
- Single push button operation.
- Provision for adjustment of predetermined clamping pressure to eliminate variations in clamping pressure when done manually.
- High precision digital readout with least count of 0.1 kg/cm².
- Incorporates Microprocessor based control panel
